The Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) is issued by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), not by City Hall. Don't have one yet? Apply on the BFP website, then upload the certificate here. It must still be valid. The Fire Office only checks that it is genuine.
